These candidates enter the Firm at the Analyst level. The expectation is that the Analyst will be contributing to their project teams as would an Associate, but perhaps with a longer and steeper learning curve given the lack of full-time experience.

Analyst Recruiting:

The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS/MPA/MPH degree in Economics, Finance, or Life Science, and has a strong interest/summer work experiences in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device / diagnostics industries. The ability to work effectively (both independently and in group settings), to identify what is important versus what is not for a given engagement, to critically evaluate data points and sources, and to develop robust data driven conclusions are requisite skill sets. Proficiency with MS Office Suite is highly desired.
