Organizational Strategies and Implementation Imperatives

Regardless of the type or size of engagement, The Frankel Group recognizes the value of soliciting feedback and perspectives from the internal stakeholders who not only can provide valuable insight and context into the work process but also ultimately need to live with the outcomes and recommendations. In the effort to support this philosophy, our projects typically include a full range of internal interviews and project touchpoints (beyond the core client team) to ensure the appropriate level of feedback is captured as well as developing organizational buy-in along the way.

Since many of the staff and management at TFG have been on the client side, we also recognize that it is critical to ensure that all findings and recommendations from our initiatives are actionable and offer clear implementation imperatives for our client’s organization. As a result, we strive to incorporate, as relevant and necessary, the following:

Capabilities Assessment
Codification of the requirements for successful implementation across the various organizational disciplines/functions

Gap Analysis and Asset Assembly Planning
Overlaying the client organization on the capabilities identified above to target gaps. Assessment and determination of the potential approaches for filling these organizational/implementation gaps. Evaluation and determination of the critical build vs. buy vs. rent decisions.

Investment Implementation: Capital and Asset Sourcing
Ultimately, strategy implementation rests on accessing the critical assets necessary, be it capital, products or companies/divisions. TFG, along with partner firms, deploys a complete range of capital and asset sourcing from assistance to deal conclusion.
